For a quick price
What to send for a quick price
A few details help us give you a useful answer straight away. You do not need exact figures; rough sizes are fine.
- Room sizes: length and width of each room, or the floor area in m²
- Photos of the walls: where you would like each indoor unit to go
- Photos outside: where the outdoor unit could go, such as a wall, garden or balcony
- Your postcode: so we can confirm we cover your area
Not sure what size you need? Our BTU calculator gives a guide from your room size. For one room, most people choose wall-mounted air conditioning. For several rooms, a multi-split system runs them from one outdoor unit.
If you live in a flat, tell us early. Your freeholder or managing agent may need to agree before an outdoor unit goes on the building, and our page on air conditioning for flats explains what they usually ask for.

FAQs
Questions about contacting us
Is the home survey free?
Yes, the home survey is free. We visit to check the rooms, the walls and where the outdoor unit can go. After the survey you get a fixed written price that includes VAT, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
Can I get a price without a visit?
Yes, you can get a guide price first. Send room sizes, photos and your postcode on WhatsApp, or use our instant quote tool. We then confirm the final fixed price at a free home survey, because pipe routes and access can change the details.
Do you have an email address?
No, we do not list an email address. All our enquiries are handled on WhatsApp, where you can send photos and get a reply in one place. You can also call us or use the quote form on this page.
Do you cover my area?
We cover London and the South East, and homes in the home counties on request. Send your postcode on WhatsApp or include it in the form, and we will confirm before you book a survey.
