We are new, and honest about it
Aircova has only just started taking bookings in the UK, so we do not have customer reviews to show you yet.
We will only ever publish real reviews from real customers. We never write reviews ourselves, ask friends to post them, or offer discounts or gifts in return for one.
A few days after handover, we send every customer one short message with a link to our Google Business Profile. If you would rather not leave one, that is fine, and we will not chase you.

Fitting day
What you can expect on fitting day
For a single wall-mounted air conditioning unit, the day usually follows these steps.
- We arrive on time. Your engineers confirm the unit positions agreed at the survey.
- We protect your home. Dust sheets go down before any drilling starts.
- We fit both units. The indoor unit goes high on the wall and the outdoor unit on a bracket or stand.
- We connect and test. Pipework is pressure tested, then the system is commissioned.
- We hand over. We show you the remote, quiet mode and how to clean the filters.
- We register your warranty. The manufacturer warranty goes in your name, at no extra cost.

Complaints
If something is not right
If you are unhappy with any part of our work, we want to hear it from you first, so we can put it right quickly.
Send us a WhatsApp message or call 07403 664179. Tell us what is wrong and add a photo or short video if you can. We reply with a clear next step and, where needed, book an engineer to visit.
A fault with a unit we fitted is checked against the manufacturer warranty, and we put right any fault in our own work. Our warranty cover page sets out what is included, and our terms and conditions explain how complaints are handled.
